What we do
Five things we get called for most
One crew, one point of contact. If your project needs two or three of these at once, that is normal for us.
Full remodels
Kitchens, bathrooms, whole houses. Layout changes, cabinets, counters, tile, fixtures, and the paint at the end.
Painting
Interior and exterior. Patching, caulking, and two coats where the wall needs it. Furniture covered, floors papered, cleaned up daily.
Flooring and tile
Tile, luxury vinyl plank, and hardwood. Level subfloors, straight lines, grout that matches from room to room.
Demo and haul off
Tear out cabinets, tile, carpet, walls, and fixtures. Dust walls where we need them and everything hauled away.
Windows and doors
Replacement windows, exterior doors, interior doors, and trim. Squared, shimmed, sealed, and painted to match.

You get a written scope and price. Materials listed, so nothing shows up as a surprise.
We give you a start date and a finish date, and we tell you early if either moves.
We walk the finished job with you and fix the punch list before we ask for the last payment.
