These houses were bought in rough shape. Same rooms, same footprint, photographed before we started and after we finished.

Kitchen remodeling

Green cabinet kitchen

The floor was down to bare, stained tile and the cabinets were falling apart. We tore the room out, ran new flooring, rebuilt the cabinet run, and finished it in sage green with a white tile backsplash and a new range.

Living room

Gutted living room reopened

This one came to us with the ceiling open to the joists and the subfloor exposed. We framed it back up, closed the ceiling, ran new flooring through, and left the living, dining, and kitchen as one room.

Bathroom

Full bathroom rebuild

The walls were coming apart around the tub and the vanity had swollen from years of leaks. We stripped the room, tiled the tub surround and floor in marble look porcelain, and set a new tub, vanity, toilet, and light.

Full remodel

Kitchen rebuild on a rental in the Village

The old kitchen had dark cabinets, a cramped counter run, and worn vinyl. The owner needed it ready for new tenants in under two weeks, so we set a nine day schedule and hit it.

Bathroom

Water had gotten behind the old tub surround. We opened the wall, replaced what was soft, waterproofed it, and tiled the surround to the ceiling so the room reads taller than it is.

The homeowners kept the tub and the layout and wanted everything under and around it replaced. We laid large format tile on the diagonal, tiled the walk in shower, and refinished the built in cabinet.
