Prep is most of the job. We patch nail holes and drywall damage, caulk gaps, sand trim, and prime stains before any color goes on.

We take the room apart, fix what we find behind the walls, and put it back the way you drew it up. One schedule, one crew, one invoice.
Flooring, demo, windows and doors
Flooring and tile
Tile, luxury vinyl plank, and hardwood. We check the subfloor first and level it, because a flat floor is what keeps grout lines from cracking.
Demo and haul off
Sometimes you only need the old stuff gone. We tear out and clean up so the next trade can start on a clear floor.
Windows and doors
Replacement windows and new doors, set square and sealed so they open easy and stay that way through an Oklahoma summer.

Build
Set start and finish dates. We text you a short update at the end of each day.
Walk the punch list
